My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room, though small, had everything we needed and was tidy. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in various situations. The location was convenient for commuting but limited in dining choices.

The hotel was very nice, very typical of Holiday Inn Express, with nice comfort. The rooms were a little tight if you are traveling with family and had not been made up as they didn't have any pillows. However, the service is always so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect with lovely car park and reasonable parking charges, ideal for people attending events at Excel, but a bit inconvenient for the people we were staying with. The dining experience was really bad, with limited healthy choices and chaotic cleaning times. Facilities are decent, and the home-made ice cream was a nice touch.

Upon arrival, the room was freezing and took a few hours to warm up, but eventually became comfortable with a double and single bed setup plus a disabled bathroom. The hotel's location was brilliant, offering immaculate, quiet rooms with effective AC during a summer heatwave.
